Adapt HomeControl offers control of property complexes with individual control (per apartment) and with common information system, broadband connections and IP- telephony. 

The system can communicate with the security officer, act as a central communications system for residents, and allows buyers to store all their information in one place (contracts, house plans, cabling diagrams, colour codes, etc). Control is achieved using wireless tablet PC’s, in-wall touch panels, from mobile phones, over the Internet, or from the buyers own PC.

Choose between standard package solutions in different price ranges or ask us about a tailor made solution.

Each buyer can choose which additional modules he/she would like in their property, for example control of lighting, video, DVD-on-demand, etc. Ordering from co-operating local services such as shops and restaurants is also possible.
